This reference book is a compendium of the history and development of radio communication equipment in use by the British Army over the period 1932-1945. This period represents two milestones in the technical progress of British military radio communications. Volume 1 relates to Wireless Sets Nos. 1- 88, covering the early radios prior to the outbreak of World War II, and wartime sets which were never released in large quantities or were abandoned after trials. Only a summary of data is given for the standard WWII equipment, which for reasons of space is dealt with in a separate Volume.

The Wireless for the Warrior books are excellent, but large and heavy and therefore expensive to ship internationally. If you want us to post one or more of these books to a non-UK address then purchase them in the normal way and we will then send you an invoice for any additional postage, which you will need to pay directly to our PayPal account: shop@electronpublishing.com
If you decide the shipping cost is too high and you don’t wish to proceed, then we will of course issue a FULL refund.
It is generally cheaper per book to ship multiple books, rather than one at a time.
